Abstract

Edmund Husserl's writing whose portuguese translation is offered in these pages corresponds to the working manuscript of November 1931 entitled "Teleology". Iso Kern, its editor in volume XV of the Husserliana series - text no. 22, pp. 378-386 - added the following reference to the title: "The implication of the transcendental intersubjectivity of the eidos in the eidos of the transcendental self. Factum and eidos." The date of the composition of the writing is significant 1937 marks a culminating moment in Husserl's septuagenarian effort to achieve the "fundamental systematic work" that would bring together "the sum of a lifetime's work."
