Plagiarism Policy

The editorial and peer review process plays a vital role in publishing scientific research. To ensure ethics in scientific research, the Journal of Teleological Science (JTS) does not encourage plagiarism, self-plagiarism, and a multiplicity of submissions.

JTS recommends authors thoroughly check the article's content before submitting it for evaluation for publication.

JTS further requests authors to use "Plagiarism Detection Software" to check for plagiarism and self-plagiarism before submission as a preliminary step.

JTS editors and editorial staff will check all submitted articles for plagiarism before publishing them.

If plagiarism is observed at any stage of the publication process, the article may be rejected based on the percentage of plagiarism detected by our plagiarism software.

In this case, the article will not be accepted for publication and the author will be notified.

The author may resubmit the article only after updating it without plagiarism for a new peer review process.

The editor of JTS, as well as the publisher responsible for its publication, will take reasonable steps that comprise available technological and personal expertise to identify and block the publication of manuscripts where research misconduct, containing citation manipulation, plagiarism, and falsification/fabrication of data, among others, has arisen.

JTS follows COPE guidelines when dealing with allegations of research misconduct.
