Fees Policy

ISAGOGE follows a policy of allowing free submission of articles. There are no fees for submitting a manuscript for evaluation.

However, to ensure the continued quality of our editorial processes and open access publication, an Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD $50 is required after acceptance of the article and before its publication.

APC Amount

The APC for each accepted article is:
USD $50 (fifty U.S. dollars)

This charge is applicable only after acceptance and must be paid in full prior to publication.

What the APC Covers

  • Editorial coordination and peer review

  • Copyediting, layout, and formatting

  • DOI assignment and metadata distribution

  • Online hosting and permanent digital archiving

  • Indexing in academic databases

Additional Charge for Non-Compliance with Submission Guidelines

Authors whose articles are approved on merit by peer reviewers but fail to submit the final version according to the journal’s author guidelines and official template will incur an additional charge of USD $25 (twenty-five U.S. dollars).

This charge covers the extra editorial effort required to reformat and adapt the manuscript to the required standards.

Important Notice Regarding Third-Party Services

ISAGOGE does not endorse, suggest, motivate, or support the use of any third-party service for manuscript preparation, submission, or editorial handling.

Authors are solely responsible for any engagement with such services.

ISAGOGE is not liable for fees charged by third parties or for submissions made by external agents that may involve additional costs beyond the official APC.

Only the APC mentioned above, and the additional formatting fee (if applicable), are required for accepted articles. No other fees apply.

Payment Information and Refund Policy

Authors will receive payment instructions by email after acceptance.

  • The APC must be paid within 7 days of receiving the email instructions.

  • The additional formatting charge, if applicable, will be communicated along with the APC.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to, the following situations:

  • The author decides to withdraw the article after payment.

  • The author fails to complete post-acceptance requirements (such as revisions, corrections, or responses to editorial queries).

  • The publication is delayed due to the author's own pending tasks or failure to respond.

  • Disagreement over editorial decisions made after acceptance but prior to publication.

By submitting a manuscript and agreeing to publication upon acceptance, the author fully acknowledges and accepts this non-refundable APC policy, including the additional formatting fee in cases of non-compliance with the submission template.
